Our family was in crisis mode; our son’s drinking was out of control and our daughter-in-law looked to us for help. Luckily for me when looking for a recommendation, Helen’s name was mentioned, along with glowing reports and high praise. The day I made contact with her was the day my fears dissipated and I felt that help was finally at hand. Helen knew exactly what needed to be done and she did it. She explained the procedure step by step to us so that we always felt ‘in the loop’. Helen was true to her word and everything she said and did was exactly what transpired. We all found her to be compassionate, caring and extremely efficient and knowledgeable in her field. She is also a very nice person.
