My family and I hired Helen Giulliani to help get my brother into treatment for his addiction. Helen provided an amazing service from start to finish. I can say without a doubt that we would never have been successful without her professional guidance. She took the time to interview everyone involved, so that she was able to fully understand our situation. In addition, she spent a considerable amount of time coaching each of us on the best way to support my brother without pushing him away. Helen was very knowledgeable about various treatment options and we were able to choose the one we felt would best suit our needs. Following a lengthy family meeting, we came up with a plan that would hopefully persuade my brother to accept our offer for help. When our situation became desperate and we realized that we needed to move fast, Helen dropped everything to be there when we needed her most. She took the lead and made sure our plan was executed at the right moment. My brother was very resistant during the intervention and it was Helen who finally got through to him. Immediately following the intervention, she personally drove him directly to the treatment facility of our choice and took care of everything. We are so grateful for the care and expert help our family received from Helen. She is truly amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her as a first point of contact for anyone trying to help a loved one who is struggling with addiction.
